I just had a piece of cheesecake and here is the route I took:
1. Got off couch (1/2 squat)
2. Got cake from the fridge (walk 16 feet)
3. Got fork from the cabinet (walk 4 feet)
4. Went back to the couch (walk WITH plate 17 feet)
Total calories consumed: 860
This made me smile, thanks for sharing. My workout routine isn’t all that different.
hahahah- yep I am guilty of this- mostly because my husband posts our google maps for gps runs on facebook. I like this route much better though 🙂
